Centafit Data Deletion Request

At Centafit, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring you have control over your data. If you wish to delete your Centafit account, you can do so by following the steps detailed below. Please be informed that while your account can be deleted, your health profile and results will be retained but will remain anonymous, ensuring that the data cannot be linked back to any individual.

How to Request Data Deletion:

  1. Open the Centafit App: Navigate to the main interface of the Centafit application on your device.
  2. Access the ‘Settings’ Menu: Once in the app, tap on the ‘Settings’ menu option.
  3. Choose ‘Manage Account’: Within the settings, find and tap on the ‘Manage Account’ option.
  4. Confirm Deletion: A pop-up will appear prompting, “Do you want to permanently delete your account?” To proceed with account deletion, tap on “Yes, delete”.
  5. Completion: After confirming, your account deletion request will be processed. Remember, this action is irreversible.

What Will Be Deleted:

  • Account Data: Your account details such as login credentials, personal identifiers, and settings will be deleted.

What Will Be Retained:

  • Health Profile & Results: These data will be retained but will be rendered anonymous. This ensures that the information can never be traced back to an individual.
